I have to say, I hate 'first posts.' I always look at this blank page and just have to stare, uncertain how to even begin.
I imagine that concern's a lot of what keeps me from actually setting charcoal to canvas when I want to paint, too. I'm still a little too chicken in a lot of those cases, sadly -- but writing's gotten easier over the years, what with the nearly eight years on Livejournal.
So. I'm not quite ready to go refugee just yet, but I've had this little space a while -- about time I did something with it.
